Transparent outlet boundary condition

SWE transparent outflow condition
Hello Marcos,

I actually mean transparent outlet condition, not transient condition.
This condition allows a wave to pass through the outlet boundary without the need of giving a specified rating curve or a critical state, mimicking an unbounded domain.

You might find a more appropriate explanation and how these conditions work in the book of Toro, E. F. (2001). "Shock-Capturing Methods for Free-Surface Shallow Flows." Also I guess there's plenty of literature about that topic

Thank you
Oscar
